For the Meatloaf:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper (red or green)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

For the Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork from Finest Sausage and Meat.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and milk together and let it sit for a few minutes until the breadcrumbs absorb the milk.
